North Herts
Education Support Centre

NHESC is closed until Monday 8th March due to having our first positive Covid 19 case within the centre.

All staff and students who were identified as in close contact with the infected person, have received letters to self-isolate. Due to the number of staff having to self-isolate, it would not be possible to run our centre safely.  After seeking advice from Public Health England, the decision was made that the centre will be closed for our students and staff, until we can safely re-open the centre.  Teaching has moved to remote learning.

The centre will go through a thorough deep clean on both sites ready for the safe return of all students and staff on Monday the 8th March 2021.

If anyone (staff or students) develop symptoms during this period, please arrange a test and seek further guidance by sending an email to:

ALL positive cases should still be reported via the above email address.

Tutors have setup live lessons twice a day using MS Teams, which students are expected to join. Below is a link to log into RM Unify to allow you/your young person to access work set by their teachers.
